Terms and conditions

1. Bookings & Classes

1. All classes must be booked in advance via [booking system/website/app].

2. Each class has a maximum of 5 participants per reformer; bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled class. Late arrivals may be refused entry to avoid disrupting the session.

2. Packages, Credits & Pricing

1. Classes may be purchased as:

Single pay-as-you-go class

4-class package:

Intro offer:  (new clients only)

2. All classes are purchased as credits in your account:

• Single class = 1 credit

• 4-class package = 4 credits

• Intro 2-class offer = 2 credits

3. Credits expire 8 weeks from the date of purchase (except where stated in the intro offer).

4. Packages are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

3. Cancellations & Credit Policy

1. Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

2. If cancelled on time:

Block/package classes → credit is returned to your package account

Single pay-as-you-go classes → credit is returned to your account

3. Late cancellations or no-shows result in the credit being used.

4. Expired credits cannot be refunded or reinstated.

Holiday Closures & Credit Extensions

In the event of a full studio closure due to holidays or scheduled time off, expiry dates for active class credits will be extended by the same number of days that the studio is closed. This extension applies only to accounts with active credits at the time of closure. Regular days when the studio is not scheduled to operate are not included in this calculation.

4. Health & Safety

1. All participants must ensure they are medically fit to exercise and disclose any injuries or medical conditions prior to participation.

2. Classes involve Pilates and reformer equipment; participants assume all risk of injury.

3. The studio is not liable for injuries arising from improper use of equipment or failure to follow instructor guidance.

5. Studio Conduct

1. Respect for instructors, staff, and fellow clients is mandatory.

2. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate or unsafe behaviour.

6. Personal Property

1. The studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought on site.

2. Lockers, if provided, are used at your own risk.

7. Data & Communication

1. By purchasing classes, you consent to receiving studio communications via email, phone, or text regarding bookings, offers, and studio updates.

2. Personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

1. The studio, its instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.

2. Participation in classes is at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

1. The studio reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Changes will be communicated on the studio website and/or via email.

By booking or attending a class, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
